A pizzeria fighter game is in the works, featuring a cast of cohorts from my day-job.  In the story mode, the manager has quit, and the owner has to promote someone to her old position.  The employees decide it best to grab whatever equipment they can find to use as weapons, and battle to the death to earn the promotion.  This is going to be entered in my college's annual game competition, whose stipulation it is that the game must be made using Game Maker.  So far we've got me producing and arting, my buddy Tramel programming, and my fellow pizzeria employee Danielle music-ing.

As of today, the wife and I have been married for two years.  We've got our own place, and she's got a career.  Now if only I'd decided what I wanted to study sooner, we'd be set.  Still, I'm excited to start designing and building characters with Maya next week.  I can't wait to start building a portfolio.  

Sigh.  Well, with the space program gone, I guess we can concentrate harder on things within our country, important things already within our society, like, uh, Jersey Shore.  Terraforming Mars didn't sound that cool anyways.

     This semester of school is done and over with.  I can't wait for the fall semester when I get to start building and animating characters.  I've got a few ideas running through my head as to what kinds of characters I want to make.  I'm also thinking of making a Coin Collection animated series, but that's still far off.
     In the mean time, during this break, I'll be playing as many video games as I can.  I tried Sword of Mana, but wasn't impressed.  Force Unleashed was cool, and I have part two waiting for me.  Now I'm playing FFVII Crisis Core, and I'd like to get some LittleBig Planet in as well.  If you're wondering, Mortal Kombat will not be one of my summer games.
     To conclude, I think I'll share that listening to the Mortal Kombat theme song makes me feel like a badass even though it definitely shouldn't.
